             “ Phalaenopsis gigantea ” such a hard name, I don`t know what the name-giver was thinking and if there is anything worse is that; this is its only name. So, let`s forget about it and let me introduce you to it, it somewhat looks like this (in case you are purchasing it for the first time and the gardener is trying to scam you): Its flowers somewhat look like this:                Phalaenopsis gigantea was found in 1909 in the forests of Borneo , was about to extinct but after few years it was also found in Asian countries like China, and India. It is hard to find, and also pretty much expensive because of its required living conditions. It is too much sensitive to hot and cold climates. Its leaves can grow up to 2 feet; depending upon the size of the pot if you place it in the ground or a large pot then your plant leaves will grow to 2 feet, not in the case you are growing it in a small pot and expecting its leaves to grow 2 feet.
